Shipping & Returns
We want you to love your crown. Here’s what you need to know about shipping and returns.
Shipping
Every crown is hand-painted to order and ships from San Francisco within 14 days of your order, with USPS tracking.
US shipping is a flat $8 per order, however many crowns you order (3–5 business days once shipped). Express shipping is $15 (1–2 business days once shipped).
International orders
We ship within the United States only for now.
Returns & Exchanges
Return any crown within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we’ll send the return address; return shipping is on you unless the crown arrived damaged or wrong.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the crown reaching us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your crown arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll paint you another at no charge. If we sent the wrong finish, we cover the return shipping.
