Refund policy

30-day returns. Return any crown within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send the return address; return shipping is on you unless the crown arrived damaged or wrong.

Arrived broken? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll paint you another at no charge.

Each crown is hand-painted, so please try it on gently and keep the box. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the crown reaching us.
