Shipping policy

The Barn Owl Back Crown is painted to order and ships from San Francisco within 14 days of your order, with USPS tracking. The Woodland Antler Crown and Celtic Antler Crown are made to order and ship within 4–6 weeks; the window is shown on each product page. If we're running behind, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Ordering the Barn Owl together with a made-to-order crown? Your Barn Owl ships first, within 14 days, and the made-to-order crown follows in its own parcel when it's ready. We cover the cost of that second shipment.

US shipping is a flat $8 per order, however many crowns you order (3–5 business days once shipped). Express shipping is $15 (1–2 business days once shipped).

We ship within the United States only for now.
