Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Every crown is painted to order and arrives in about three weeks, shipped from the US with tracking. Shipping is a flat $8 however many you order.
What is the crown made from?
PLA, a plant-based bioplastic, printed in fine detail, then painted by hand and sealed. It’s light and rigid, so please don’t bend it, and keep it out of hot cars.
How do I choose the right finish?
Natural Wood has the warm look of carved wood; Golden is antique brass dry-brushed over a dark base. Natural Wood and Silver are painted to order, and their photos are digital previews until the first ones are photographed.
Will it stay in fine or thin hair?
Yes. Gather a half-up twist with a small clear elastic, add a little texture spray where the combs go, and use the bobby pins at the wing tips for a long day. Very short hair won’t hold it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 30 days. If your crown arrives broken, send us a photo and we’ll paint you another.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the US for now.
